Firm name, organization, and practice areas
Email address, phone number, and mailing address
The content of any messages, inquiries, or documents you send us
When we move from initial contact into a structured review or partnership discussion, we may also collect:Name, professional title, and role at your firm
Financial and operational information about your firm (revenue, structure, staffing, performance)
Information about partners, principals, and key personnel relevant to a potential transaction
Identification and verification documents required for anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and conflict-of-interest checks
Banking and payment information necessary for capital deployment, partner liquidity events, or ongoing operational support
Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate, structure, and administer a partnership

Providing services and operational support. Delivering capital, operational, financial, and technology infrastructure to partner firms, and supporting day-to-day business operations of the MSO entities we establish.
Identity verification and compliance. Performing AML, KYC, and conflict-of-interest checks; complying with financial, tax, and regulatory obligations; and maintaining records required by law.
Communications. Responding to inquiries, sending updates and insights, and providing marketing materials to people who have opted to receive them.
Operations and improvement. Analyzing site usage, maintaining security, troubleshooting issues, and improving the quality of our website and services.
Protecting our business. Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and other misuse, and protecting our legal rights and those of our partners.
Recruiting. Evaluating job applicants and managing our hiring process.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
